When you shop online at Oncore.audio you have 30 days to return your purchase. Please inform us beforehand that you want to return your items. Right runs from the day you received the goods.
It is the customer’s responsibility that the goods are properly packed. You are responsible for the package (s) until we receive it. Therefore, keep your postal receipt and tracking number. Please return the item in the same condition as when received. We reserve the right to reject a product if the packaging is damaged or otherwise cannot be resold. All original packaging, price labels etc. must be returned with the product without having been tampered with.
We charge a 20% restocking fee if any of the following happens:
- Missing Accessories, packaging, etc.
- The good has cosmetic damage
We will reject a return if any of the following happens:
- Series number that does not match our record
- The good is not in working condition

1-Year Warranty
All Cadence products have a 1-year limited time warranty. This warranty includes parts and repair labor on all components. Please contact us at info@oncore.com and provide your order number for a warranty request. You will be responsible for covering the cost of shipping the item back to us. We will cover the shipping cost for all replacements.
